Outpatient substance use disorder treatment services for adult men and women, all MAT are accepted. CARF / OhioMHAS Accredited. Offer Medication Assisted Treatment with Vivitrol only. Weekly outpatient group sessions. Intensive Outpatient meets 3 hours/day, 3 days/week. During the program, people cannot take pain killers, sedatives and/or muscle relaxers.
