Provides down payment assistance and rehabilitation funds for new home purchases. This programcan be used in conjunction with the agency’s Home Ownership Program. It revitalizes neighborhoodsand communities in Northeast Ohio through the provision and/or promotion of affordable housing,economic development through low or no interest loans, housing counseling for first-timehomebuyers, and foreclosure prevention program.
