Partner meetings are held quarterly, on the 4th Thursday, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Justice involved individuals are more than welcome to attend. Communities play a great role in ensuring that the men and women we serve are successful upon returning home. Our goals acknowledge that strong partnerships with community providers, employers, the faith community, survivors, and others are necessary to effectively address recidivism. They also recognize that simply being crime free is not enough for successful reentry. Successful reentry includes meaningful relationships, employment, and a sense of belonging to a community and its members. Reentry efforts attempt to avoid isolation, maladaptive thinking patterns, and individuals returning to the community with the same behaviors.MISSION: The Route 11 Reentry Coalition will engage in the assurance that formerly incarcerated, or justice impacted individuals have access and/or linkage to services that support successful reintegration, and that they are treated with dignity and respect.VISION: To reduce recidivism by empowering individuals with the knowledge of necessary resources designed to rebuild character in order to invest in themselves and their community.
